Responsibilities

生活雑貨領域における商品全般の品質管理業務をメインに、下記業務・役割を担っていただきます。

■具体的な業務内容：

• 生産委託先工場の監査、品質改善指導
• 新商品開発時の品質評価（試験項目策定、外注試験実施、合否判定、リスクアセスメント）
• 品質苦情対応、お客様問合せ回答、委託先工場および製品のトラブル対応
• 既存品の改良及び委託先工場変更時の妥当性確認、品質試験結果確認
• 新商品開発時の進捗管理、原価低減、生産効率化

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 生活雑貨業界での品質保証・管理実務経験（5年以上）
• GMP、ISO、家庭用品品質表示法に関する知見
• 樹脂成型、樹脂素材、木材成型、ガラス素材、金属素材に関する知見

■歓迎条件：

• 語学力（英語）
• 素材メーカーとのネットワーク
• 外部試験機関とのネットワーク
