Responsibilities

アイケア事業におけるアップストリームプロダクトマネジメントをお任せします。
業務内容：

• 担当商品に関するプロダクトマネジメント業務
  • 対象商品に関する市場調査
  • 対象商品に関する市場要望の調査、取り纏め
  • ビジネス要求書の作成
  • 販売価格、販売数量のシミュレーションに基づくビジネスプランの作成
  • 商品企画・商品化決定・商品認定に関する提案資料の作成、及びサポート
• プロダクトミーティング等の開催事務局業務
• プロダクトマネジメントに際し、国内外の関係者とのコミュニケーション、状況把握、支援業務
• 販売後の商品に対するフィードバック調査、改良提案

Requirements

必須要件:

• １年以上のメーカーにおける商品企画経験 
• １年以上の英語を用いた業務経験
• 企画提案能力、担当する案件について自身で企画立案が可能
• 課題抽出力、問題解決能力
• 英語レベル：ビジネス（会話、説明、議論が可能）

歓迎要件：

• メーカーにおける商品企画部門経験
• 収益計算や各種情報の集計/分析スキル
• プロジェクトマネージメント（計画立案、進捗管理、会議運営）に関する知識・スキル
• ヘルスケア領域における経験
