Responsibilities

• 自社I/F規格における顧客技術サポート業務です。 
• 自主開発のLSIであり、仕様は自分たちで企画できます。
• 顧客サポートを通じ、お客様の満足度を高めるとともにお客様の声をダイレクトに聞き、自分たちの製品の仕様に反映させることで、お客様のさらなる価値に結びつけ、ビジネスを左右する、という非常に重要な業務になります。
  • 国内・海外のお客様からの技術問い合わせに対応するといった顧客サポートを主導
  • 問い合わせを通じた製品アピールやプロモーションを実施

Requirements

必須条件：

• 顧客サポート、FAE経験
• 海外顧客のサポートについて、実担当も、海外FAE含めたチームのリーディングもできること

歓迎条件：

• 車載用ICの開発経験
• 機能安全開発経験
• MIPI D-PHY, C-PHY, DSI, CSI-2に精通していること
• eDP/DPに精通していること
