Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
  • Take part in completing the Salesforce implementation as a local foundation of CRM and Marketing Automation
  • Ensure the Salesforce data model and ecosystem is well aligned with Global rules and requirements
  • Take part in building interfaces between Global Customer database and several local customer Touchpoints
  • Take part in historical data transfer/calculation from the touchpoints to the global database and the CRM systems
  • Participate to transversal activities, among which strategic projects, to provide your expertise and support the potential interactions/data exchange with Salesforce
  • Strengthen our ability to leverage data and insights from Salesforce (or from our CRM BI tool) to promote a data-driven mindset/culture among our business teams
  • Ensure smooth operation of the existing Salesforce CRM platform
  • Monitor and maintain data transfer from and to the Salesforce CRM platform and ensure proper execution of related scripts and analytics
  • Perform/qualitative quality activities on existing and new elements
  • Interpret and treat incoming inquiries and requests, including additional developments requests when applicable
  • Translate business requirements into CRM technical solutions for implementation
  • Identify key stakeholders for requirements gathering; elicit and document requirements and validate against scope
  • Work with third-party vendors that are engaged in making any modifications or upgrades to the CRM system
  • Contribute to requirements management, including approval, communication, traceability, and asset re-use
  • Determine, in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, modifications and/or upgrades needed to the CRM system in order to meet business requirements
  • Stay informed on updates and new releases in CRM evolving technologies
  • Educate end users on CRM functionality , as needed.
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM data structure and/or Marketing Automation system/project related activities.
  • Strong experience in designing/handling databases, writing and maintaining scripts (python appreciated) and SQL queries
  • Knowledge and development experience of/in Salesforce
  • Good interpersonal, problem solving, conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrable experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM issue diagnosing and troubleshooting
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Japanese level: business
  • Strong appetite for technology and innovation and sound technical background
  • Logical thinking and result oriented mindset
  • Team player
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Hands-on, proactive personality

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in online/offline customer journey implementation in the Retail industry
  • Knowledge or experience in Service Cloud, Heroku and Marketing Cloud
  • English level: fluent
