Responsibilities

アイケア事業における本社およびアジアにおけるマーケティング業務、及びダウンストリームプロダクトマネジメント業務をお任せします。
業務内容：

• プロダクトおよびソリューションのマーケティング業務　(市場投入～販売促進までの一連のプロダクトマーケティング)
• 上記に関わるプロジェクトの進捗管理、管理に必要な会議運営、報告資料作成
• プロジェクト管理に際し、国内外の関係者とのコミュニケーション、状況把握、支援業務

Requirements

必須要件：

• メーカーでの業務経験 (商品企画またはマーケティング部門）
• １年以上の英語を用いた業務経験
• 企画提案能力 (特にマーケティング企画、戦略において)
• プロジェクトマネージメント（計画立案、進捗管理、会議運営）に関する知識、スキル
• 協調性があり、社内外で業務を推進できるコミュニケーション能力
• 課題抽出力、問題解決能力
