Responsibilities

• 同社の生産パートナー（取引先工場）における労働環境モニタリングやホットラインを通じた重大な人権侵害の是正と防止
• より良い労働環境実現のための施策（ハラスメント防止、女性管理職登用、スキルアップ等のプログラム立案実行）
• 工場情報開示や自社WEBサイトでの情報発信を通じたサプライチェーンの透明性向上
• 政府や国際機関と連携したサプライチェーンの社会的課題解決  

Requirements

必須条件：

• サプライチェーンの人権に関わる業務経験
• 国際機関、省庁、企業団体、研究機関、NPO・NGOなどの団体にて、サステナビリティ関連の業務経験
• 社内外の関係者を巻き込みプロジェクトを自ら強く推進していく能力
• 英語を用いたコミュニケーション能力・実務経験（目安TOEIC(R)テスト800点以上）
