Responsibilities

• 低中分子の新規合成医薬品原薬製造ルートの探索、プロセス開発、スケールアップ

Requirements

• 3年以上の合成原薬プロセス研究業務経験
• 有機化学、合成原薬プロセス化学の知識、スキル
• 有機合成化学の知識を駆使して現象を理解する
• 的確に優先度をつけ検討を行うことによって短期間で成果を最大化する
• 全体最適を追及し関係者を巻き込みながら課題解決を行う
