Responsibilities

メモリの製品開発評価、開発試験・量産テスト開発に関わる業務をお任せいたします:

• 製品開発評価：顧客要求の仕様を満たす特性・機能に仕上がっているかチェック

- 新製品の電気的特性・機能評価、および、評価プログラム開発
- 特性・機能不具合の原因解析、回路設計へフィードバック

• 開発試験・量産テスト開発：出荷品質をコントロールするテスト実現

- 新製品のテスト手法開発＆テスト工程構築、および、テストプログラム開発

- 開発試験手法および試験プログラム開発
- 顧客要求品質の実現へ向けた電気的不良解析＆テスト手法開発
- 次世代製品の回路設計へのテスト機能の仕様提案

• 評価・テストシステム開発：効率的な評価・テスト環境の実現

- メモリテスタ（テスト装置）企画開発
- 評価解析ツール開発、作製

• テストデータ解析システム開発：品質の作り込み、出荷品質の向上のための環境構築

- 開発試験、テスト工程の不良解析＆不良モード特定ソフト開発
- 電気的テストデータによる故障箇所特定ソフト開発

Requirements

• 半導体、電子部品などで以下の経験/スキルをお持ちの方
• C言語やPyhton等のプログラミングに関する基本知識を有し、デバイスの電気的評価プログラムの開発経験がある方
