Leveraging our extensive in-house network worldwide and a robust sales base in Japan, we have steadily expanded our business and become one of the largest foreign forwarders in Japan.

Responsibilities

• 営業本部キーアカウントマネジメント部/部長として、多国籍企業、日系大手顧客の営業開発を行っていただきます。
• 営業本部の目標達成のための管理業務（毎月1x1, 毎週チームミーティング）
• チーム、個人の目標達成のためのチーム管理（毎月1x1, 毎週チームミーティング）
• チームの方向性の取りまとめ、決定 (どのようなプロジェクト、顧客へのアプローチ）
• 個人能力の開発、及びフィードバック
• 同行セールス

Requirements

• 営業経験（物流）： 5年以上の営業実務経験
• 管理職経験： これまでのキャリアで複数名の部下を持ったことがある方
