Responsibilities

■業務概要：
新会社設立（新事業検討）にあたり、経営企画として事業計画や人員計画などPL策定に関わる検討全般をする仕事です。

■業務内容（詳細）：

• 新規事業の立ち上げ

①経営計画（中期計画、単年度計画）の立案・策定・予算編成
②事業開始から数年後までのスケジュール想定しそこからの事業の基本計画立案
③事業開始後の人員計画や資金計画の作成

• 新会社設立準備
  
  • 今回配属の新会社設立準備室室長とともに事業運営準備をします。
  • 会社設立後は、新会社の経営管理・経営企画の部署に所属していただく予定です。
  
  

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 企画職経験

※特に事業計画（中期計画、単年度計画）・PL作成経験

• 営業経験（現場経験）

■歓迎条件：

• マネジメント経験
• 人事企画経験
• 会社設立フェーズや事業立ち上げフェーズの経験
• HR業界経験
