Responsibilities

• 国内・海外地域統括会社、グループ会社の法務部門の統括・管理業務
• グループ全体（国内・海外地域統括会社、グループ会社を含めた）のコンプラアインス推進業務
• 契約相談、契約書作成・審査等の契約支援業務
• 各種法律相談対応業務
• 紛争・訴訟の対応、管理業務
• 法令・判例等調査業務
• 社外弁護士相談対応・窓口業務

Requirements

• 日本にグローバル本社を置く大手酒類・飲料グループです。日本・欧州・豪州・東南アジアを中心としたグローバルで事業運営を行うグループ本社の法務機能を担う人材を求めています。

The appeal

• 法務経験５年以上・国際法務経験３年以上（企業・法律事務所いずれでも可）
• 英語力（ビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力、TOEIC Ｌ/R 800点以上）
• グループ本社法務機能としての企画力・調整力・推進力
