Responsibilities

新事業探索・経営企画担当として、先端半導体の将来技術動向・需要動向分析及び、DRAMデバイスのロードマップ作成から事業部への落とし込みまで一連を担当いただきます。  

• DRAM構造、レイアウト、電気特性などのデバイスに関連する情報から、装置・プロセス開発要求に落とし込み、新規開発案件を提案する。
• 新規情報を得るために、国際会議、ワークショップ等に参加して、常に情報をアップデートする。
• DRAM以外のデバイス動向についても、どん欲に学び積極的に提案する。

Requirements

必須要件：

• DRAM開発経験（デバイス開発、プロセス開発、設計のうちどれか）のご経験をお持ちの方
• 英語力(メールやMTG等で使用)
