Responsibilities

人事労務のマネージャー候補を募集します。

• グローバル全体で統一した基準（人事評価制度、教育制度など）の制度構築、運用推進
• 事業・組織戦略に基づいた人事戦略立案と実行
• 各種制度企画（福利厚生・勤怠・研修・報酬手当など）
• 予算管理（人員管理）
• メンバーマネジメント、育成、評価（3名程度）
• 各種法令対応（労働法など）
• オペレーションの管理、改善（自動化／省人化など）
• 海外拠点の人事、労務、採用管理
• IPO準備対応
• その他コーポレート業務全般
• 日本拠点における下記3項目のマネジメント（担当者が対応した作業のチェック、ただし担当者だけでなくご自身も作業できるまでインプットする必要有） 
  • 人事業務（入退社手続、人事評価制度・教育制度などの制度構築および運用など） 
  • 労務業務（勤怠管理、給与計算、社保などの手続き、年末調整、就業規則管理、衛生委員会の運営、産業医対応）
  • 採用業務（エージェントや応募者との連絡、面接担当など）

Requirements

必須条件：

• 事業会社での人事労務業務の実務経験（10年以上）
• グローバル全体で統一した人事評価制度を構築し運用した経験、または海外拠点の人事評価制度を構築し運用した経験
• 海外勤務経験または海外拠点と週1回以上WebMTGをした経験（1年以上）
• ビジネスレベルの英語（取締役COO（フランス人）と密にコミュニケーションをとる必要有）
• マネジメント経験（3名～）
