Responsibilities

業務概要： 小型/中型トラックにおけるカーボンニュートラル車の車両設計のプロジェクトマネジメントをお任せします。 使われ方、架装、各システムを成立させる車両全体の機能/レイアウトの設計を担当していただきます。  
■業務内容： 

• レイアウト設計エンジニアリング 
• マーケティング戦略や製品開発戦略策定に向けて、市場動向や顧客データを収集、分析する 
• グループの事業に影響がある技術のグローバルな動向を調査する 
• 各地域別の規制の状況及び今後の動向（グループ全体の品質ポリシーに影響を及ぼす事案を含む）について調査する  

Requirements

必須条件： 

• 自動車メーカーでの、車両設計業務におけるプロジェクトマネージャー経験 
• 商品開発プロセスの知識 
• 商品開発プロジェクトの運営スキル ・CAD(NX)オペレーションスキル  

歓迎条件： 

• 商用車開発経験 
• xEV開発経験 
• 部下育成経験 
• 商用車、バス、電気自動車、燃料電池車、高電圧コンポーネント、制御全般の知識 
• 自動車部品設計スキル、各国自動車法規の知識 
• 英語力
