Responsibilities

• ライセンス販売拡大に向け営業・提案活動をお任せします。
• 国内の顧客や海外の代理店向け、コールセンターによる問合せ対応や問題解決等の技術サポート業務
• 必要に応じて直接顧客を往訪し、問題解決の支援
• 代理店及び顧客向けの各種技術文書（チュートリアル、セルフラーニング用コンテンツ、活用事例集等）の作成
• 展示会への出展時・顧客向けの個別セミナーやワークショップ等の開催時における、説明員や講師
• 顧客の「JMAG」の利用状況などの直接ヒアリングを実施し、次期バージョンへの実装機能の要求仕様を取りまとめ

Requirements

• CAE解析実務(電磁界解析）経験（3年以上）  
• 有限要素法に関する知識
• 報告書などの技術文書作成能力  
• どんなことにも前向きに取り組める向上心のある方
• 同僚や顧客と協調して仕事が進められる方
• 自身の業務を責任感を持って推進すると共に、困難に対しても明るく対応できる方

歓迎条件:

• 電気機器設計経験（モータ、トランス、アクチュエータ、誘導加熱など）
• CAEシステムの運用経験
• 電磁気学に関する知識がある方歓迎

6.4 - 12.5 million yen
