Responsibilities

Responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance plans and schedules for helicopters based on customer requirements. This involves coordinating the procurement of necessary parts and outsourced services, as well as estimating costs related to maintenance, repair, and overhaul on top of other customization activities.
Main responsibilities:

• Estimate costs for MRO/customization of helicopters
• Create, issue and manage work cards and other directions
• Create, issue, and manage maintenance planning sheet
• Create, issue and manage maintenance schedule for each aircraft using internal IT system "HIP"
• Request for required parts, materials, etc., using the internal IT system “SAP”
• Request required outsourcing work using internal IT system “SAP”

ヘリコプターのMRO・改造工事に係る顧客仕様に基づく整備計画の作成・発行、並びに所要部品や委託整備の要求に関する業務（MRO・改造工事に係るコスト見積り業務を含む）
業務内容：

• MRO・改造工事に係るコスト見積り作業
• 生産整備の各種作業カード及びその他作業指示票の作成、発行及び管理に関する業務
• MRO・改造工事に係る整備計画書の作成、発行及び管理に関する業務
• MRO・改造工事に係る整備工程表の作成、発行及び管理に関する業務（社内HIPシステムを使用）
• MRO・改造工事に必要な部品、材料の要求（社内SAPシステムを使用）
• MRO・改造工事に必要な外注作業の要求（社内SAPシステムを使用）

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Practical experience in general production control
• MS Word and Excel skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Practical experience in aircraft production control
• Basic knowledge for aircraft maintenance
• Experience using SAP for production control work
• English: Intermediate *Desired for communication and documentation
• Japanese: Intermediate *Desired for communication and documentation

• 製造業における生産管理の実務経験
• Word・Excelの基本的な操作ができる方

• 航空機の生産管理の実務経験
• 航空機整備に関する基礎知識
• 生産管理業務におけるSAPの使用経験

• 日本語力：中級 ※コミュニケーション、書類作成が可能なレベル
• 英語力：中級 ※コミュニケーション、書類作成が可能なレベル
