We are a Japan-based startup engaged in the space-related business. Our main business is providing solutions utilizing small satellite technology, and we also have a wide range of operations including satellite design, manufacturing, launch, and operation. By deploying satellite solutions necessary for conducting business in space, we aim to build new social infrastructure and ecosystems. We are an extremely unique organization globally in the sense that we can seamlessly handle everything from satellite development to launch and data utilization in-house.

Responsibilities

同社ではIPO準備を進めており、それにあたって投資家や証券アナリストなどの外部ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションや、企業価値を最大限に引き出すためのInvestor Relations(IR)体制の整備から運営までを担っていただく責任者を募集いたします。
職務内容

• IR体制の整備
• IRに関する規程・マニュアルの作成、業務フローの整備
• 証券会社との協議
• 決算説明資料、プレスリリースの草稿
• 企業価値向上のための情報収集
• 投資家向けの業績説明会の企画・運営
• 株主総会の企画・運営
• 株主・投資家からの問い合わせ対応
• IR関連のWebサイトや資料の作成・更新
• IR活動や情報収集活動から得られた知見やインサイトのマネジメントへの共有

Requirements

• 同社事業に魅力を感じ、当社のミッションを深く理解・共感いただけること
• 上場企業におけるIR業務経験
• IPO準備段階や上場後における必要なIRリリースのタイミングを把握していること
• 企業価値を最大限に引き出すための戦略的思考ができること
• 対投資家とのコミュニケーションで必要なプレゼンテーション力
• 関連する社内部署・役員との調整対応ができるコミュニケーション力
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力

歓迎スキル・経験

• 証券アナリストや公認会計士の有資格者
• 証券会社での機関投資家対応経験
• スタートアップでの業務経験
• IPO業務の経験を有していること
