Responsibilities

国内外の投資家に対し、同社の経営を正確に伝え、企業価値の向上に寄与するIR幹部として以下業務をご担当いただきます。
詳細※ご経験や適性などを踏まえ、担当業務を調整させていただきます。ご希望がある場合は、詳細を面接時に伺います。

• アナリスト、投資家への経営情報の説明
  • 面談、電話会議、問合せ対応の実施
  • 説明会、工場見学会等のイベント企画、実施
  • IRウェブサイトの企画、運用
• 四半期ごとの決算説明資料の作成、その他レポート資料の作成
• アナリスト、投資家の考え・意見などの情報収集
• 経営層や社内関係者への情報提供およびフィードバック
• 業界や同業他社の動向調査、分析
• ESGに係る社内外に対する活動推進
• 上記に関連するスケジュール調整、アレンジ

その他、関連業務全般を幅広くご担当いただきます。

Requirements

• IR、経理、財務等での実務経験（年数問いません）
• ビジネス上での英語使用経験がある方(TOEIC(R)テスト800点目安)
• 経営数字を扱ったPPT、EXCELの資料作成経験
• 財務知識（BS、PL、CF）のベースを理解できる方
