Responsibilities

【入社して最初の担当業務】◇同社グローバル経理センターにおける本社の経理業務

• 連結決算業務
• 会社法・有価証券報告書・Form 20-F作成
• M&A等のコーポレートプロジェクトにおける会計面からの検討や助言、実施対応
• グループ会計方針の策定　など

Requirements

必須要件:

• 事業会社における決算業務経験3年以上
• 監査法人における監査実務経験

歓迎条件:

• 事業会社で連結決算業務経験
• 会計士の有資格者
• IFRS適用企業での経理、監査経験
