- Responsibilities

- End to End Recruitment activities: - Conduct Intake meetings with Hiring Managers to understand business needs/facilitate debrief sessions postinterviews - Source, , screen, interview, and assess candidates - Schedule interviews with hiring team - Manage offer process
- Identify opportunities for optimization. Enhance and improve our recruitment process through revamping hiring/interview/selection.
- Collaboration/Relationship Building/Partnerships - Conveys the business logic of recruiting recommendations based on understanding of key business drivers. - Works with business to ensure an in-depth knowledge of the skills and abilities required to perform the role being recruited. - Solidifies trusted client relationships through building a strong targeted pipeline of talent for the business. - Consult with hiring manager and key decision makers on hiring decision. Recommends candidates for employment, influences compensation package, and extends/negotiates offers. - Works with business lines, HR Business Partners and Compensation team to prepare offers.
- You will be focus above 3 responsibilities but in the future: - Fresh Graduates Hiring:Early Career Internship Program will be in scope: Design programs and acquire strong junior talents from market and build the strong next gen pipeline You may need to travel domestically
- Requirements

Skills and Experienced: Required
- 7+years of mid-career in-house recruiters including all recruitment types (eg. Mid-career, Freshgrads, Contractors/Temps, D&I etc.)
- Ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions.
- Knowledge on all-round recruiting methods (agencies, direct, external portals, SNS etc.)
- Experience or ability to suggest and create best candidate experiences from job posting to offer/closing
- Collaboration with other functions/teams
- Collaboration with oversea teams
