- Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
- Understand needs and job content of open positions, liaising with HRBPs and hiring manager
- Conceive and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of candidates
- Source candidates using a variety of search channels (both direct and indirect sourcing)
- Screen candidates resumes and interview candidates to assess the level of fit to the role as well as cultural fit with company
- Manage relationships with agents (answer to questions, organize information session whenever necessary etc.)
- Coordinate with HRBPs and hiring managers the offering process for successful candidates
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- At least a couple of years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- PC skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
- Language: Japanese (Native), English (Business. TOEIC 800 or Above)
- Interpersonal skills and proactive communication to build good relationships with stakeholders
- Value teamwork and collaboration
- Task, time and schedule, and priority management in align with the company's recruiting direction
- System and digital savvy
- Able to work onsite for internal and external events. (some domestic travels may require)
- Have understanding and interest to acquire talents, “can-do” spirit, and high agility
- Be passionate about attracting all candidates with the business image is required
Preferred qualifications:- Experience in using LinkedIn and job boards to proactively source candidates is preferable
- Knowledge of Workday recruiting module is a plus
- Working experience in retail industry is preferable
