Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
  • Understand needs and job content of open positions, liaising with HRBPs and hiring manager
  • Conceive and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of candidates
  • Source candidates using a variety of search channels (both direct and indirect sourcing)
  • Screen candidates resumes and interview candidates to assess the level of fit to the role as well as cultural fit with company
  • Manage relationships with agents (answer to questions, organize information session whenever necessary etc.)
  • Coordinate with HRBPs and hiring managers the offering process for successful candidates
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • At least a couple of years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • PC skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
  • Language: Japanese (Native), English (Business. TOEIC 800 or Above)
  • Interpersonal skills and proactive communication to build good relationships with stakeholders
  • Value teamwork and collaboration
  • Task, time and schedule, and priority management in align with the company's recruiting direction
  • System and digital savvy
  • Able to work onsite for internal and external events. (some domestic travels may require)
  • Have understanding and interest to acquire talents, “can-do” spirit, and high agility
  • Be passionate about attracting all candidates with the business image is required

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in using LinkedIn and job boards to proactively source candidates is preferable
  • Knowledge of Workday recruiting module is a plus
  • Working experience in retail industry is preferable
