  Responsibilities

  お客様に対して、機能改善に関するご要望を技術的な観点でヒアリングし、それに基づいたサービス内容のカスタマイズや、技術的な新規提案を行っていただきます。商談時には、営業とエンジニア双方の観点でお客様のご要望を取りまとめ、開発要件への落とし込みやその後のプランニングまでお任せいたします。本ポジションは裁量が大きく、営業と技術の橋渡しといった仕事だけでなく、最新の技術や急速に成長している弊社プロダクト群との邂逅があり、候補者のみなさまのキャリア開発において、極めて意義深いものであると考えています。AI SaaS事業・AI Solutions事業に関する以下業務をお任せします。
  業務内容：
  当社営業メンバーとの商談同席（フルリモート）
  顧客課題の技術面での整理
  プロダクト改善への落とし込み（機能改善やカスタマイズに伴い必要な要件定義等）
  営業とエンジニアの橋渡し役
  新規プロダクトへの技術支援、営業支援
  プリセールスメンバーのマネジメント、組織構築など
