- Responsibilities
- 従業員の健康診断結果等の健康管理データを管理するシステム運用の構築（健康管理データの精緻化、各種関連法のコンプライアンスを保つ運用の整理、ベンダーマネジメント等）をお任せします。
上記の健康管理データを分析・活用をして、同社の目指す健康経営を実現するための課題特定と、課題に対する解決策の立案と実行を推進
上記過程においては、総務・ES推進部のメンバーやウェルネスセンターの保健師ともチームワークを発揮し、営業部店舗・人事部をはじめとする本部部署のカウンターパートとも連携をして、健康経営の課題解決に取り組む。
