Prepare regular Quality Reports following the CQM reporting guidelines and share Customer Quality Performance with the Account Teams and the Respective Manufacturing Plants including Customer related KPI’s
Monitor Quality Indicators within customer score cards and initiate and track necessary improvements projects in the respective the sites
Track and follow up all open issues relating to Quality from customers with the respective the Plant to ensure timely completion
Prepare best in class examples for the Plants to ensure that Plants can live up to customer expectations (e.g. required information in 8D reports, expectation for Quality presentations towards customer etc.) here needed
