SAF製造装置のメカニカル(塔、槽、熱交換器 等）基本設計業務(FEED) 及びEPC（詳細設計、機器調達、現地建設工事）業務について、オーナー側のメカニカルエンジニアとして従事して頂きます。 また既設タンクの転活用設計についても実施頂きます。
■業務詳細：
１）FEED（基本設計）業務＜エンジニアリング会社に発注し、オーナー側として従事＞SAF製造装置のプロセスライセンサーのドキュメント（Process Flow Diagram、P＆ID、Equipment Data Sheet etc)照査
SAF製造装置基本設計より、エンジニアリング会社が作成する付帯設備（ユーティリティ設備、外連配管、入出荷設備含む）の基本設計図書照査
２）EPC見積引合仕様書作成、見積引合、見積査定（技術評価含む）
３）EPC業務＜EPCコントラクターに発注し、オーナー側として従事＞SAF製造装置及び付帯設備（ユーティリティ設備、外連配管、入出荷設備含む）の詳細設計図書の照査、機器調達管理
現地建設工事開始前準備（EPCコントラクターとの調整）、建設工事の安全、施工、品質、工程、予算管理
４）SAF製造装置の実運転におけるメカニカル評価と通常運転後の保全計画の策定、実行
