Responsibilities

• 新会社の調達部門立ち上げ準備
  • 新会社における調達スキーム構築準備
  • 調達契約業務全般の準備・対応
  • 中小受託取引適正化法（取適法）や調達に関わる各種規制対応や業務関連法規遵守活動推進準備。
  • 取引先管理（取引先情報の収集／分析、BCP、個別課題への対応 等）
  • 新会社設立を前提にした調達戦略立案策定（部品別、取引先別戦略の策定）
• 既存ポンプ事業での調達業務把握（新会社と既存ポンプ事業での業務連携が必須となるため）

Requirements

必須条件：

• 調達／購買経験（業界不問）
• 生産管理・営業経験（機械、電気、電子部品、精密・医療機器自動車などの製造業）
• リーダーやマネージャーなどのチームマネジメント経験（3年以上）
• 自ら考え行動できる方
• 英語での実務経験をお持ちの方

• 海外赴任、出張経験
• 経理知識、情報システムに関する知識
• プロジェクト等の立ち上げ経験
