Main responsibilities:

Responsibilities: The Head of Global Trade Compliance Operations is a dynamic thought leader, responsible for creating, implementing and leading the strategic direction and global management of the company's Global Trade Compliance Operations organization and program. Lead the creation, implementation, and drive an innovative digitally enabled global trade operations program that is agile and resilient. Provide strategic advice to the company on trade matters, orchestrate global trade operations program which ensures compliance with global and local regulations. Leads global trade operations program to facilitate global trade on day-to-day basis ensuring correct submissions to regulators including but not limited to Harmonized Tariff Schedule classifications, Sanctioned Country licensing determinations, controlled export classifications and license management, restricted party screening, and country of origin declarations.
Ensure proper compliance on all international trade matters from import, export, customs duty management, free trade agreements, etc
