Responsibilities

【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】

• 事業戦略に基づいたグローバル調達戦略企画の立案・実行
• グローバルサプライチェーンマネジメント（樹脂、導体、基盤、コネクタ等の原材料調達・生産・物流・納品まで一連のプロセス全体の統括と適正化）
• サプライヤー管理（最適な仕入れ先の検索・選定・評価）
• 購買管理（世界市場から最適な品質、価格および納期で調達する）
• 外注管理（安定的に、アメリカ、中国、東南アジア等の海外外注先から調達する）
• 将来的に年に1,2回程度海外出張の可能性有

Requirements

• 生産管理または購買のご経験をお持ちの方
• 海外顧客との折衝経験（目安TOEIC700点以上）
• リーダーシップ、チームワーク、自主性と責任感をもって成果に結びつけられる方。
• 物事を俯瞰的かつ多面的にとらえて課題を解決できる方。
• 成長意欲のある方。
