Responsibilities: 営業は裁量権が大きく、提案活動はご自身で考えて動いていくスタイルです。モノ（プロダクト）を販売するのではなく、IT/コンサルティングサービスの営業活動のため、顧客理解・分析や提案力など、顧客を深掘りできる営業力が重要になります。また、顧客担当とだけでなく、顧客の経営層との関係構築力も必要です。顧客は金融・製造業・通信・流通/物流などを中心に、大手企業が中心となります。社内のデリバリ部門（IT部門、コンサルティング部門）と協働し、案件開拓、顧客関係維持・深掘りをリードする立場です。プライムでお客様とやりとりする機会が多く、基本的にエンドユーザー顧客と直接契約を行っています。
業務内容：
ITサービス（アプリケーション・ソフトウェア開発など）やコンサルティングサービスの顧客開拓、提案などを行っていただきます。
顧客のニーズヒアリング
既存のお客様への深耕営業と、新規のお客様への提案
自らプレイングマネージャとして活動しつつ、配下の営業メンバのマネジメントを行い営業部門全体のパフォーマンスアップを推進して頂きます。
