Responsibilities: 【ポジション/チームについて】事業拡大に伴いチーム強化のため、これまでのご経験を活かしてご活躍いただける方を積極的に採用しております。主に大手自動車メーカー様向けのIVIシステムの開発を行っており、これまでの事業の主軸であったカーナビの開発に加え、車載ネットワークソフトウェアの開発にも力を入れております。弊社の特色・魅力として、ソフトウェアTier1として取引先の大手自動車メーカー様と直接の取引を行っており、時には同じ目線に立ちディスカッションを繰り返したり、弊社からの改善提案をさせていただいた上で採用いただき開発を進めるという事が多々あるという点です。取引先の希望に合わせるだけでなく、より良い製品を一緒に作り上げていく形で大小様々なプロジェクトが現在進行しております。チームは20代・30代が多く、同年代の方と切磋琢磨しながら成長できる環境です。入社2年目でメンバー層からリーダー/準管理職層になる方もおり、スキル・キャリアアップされたい方を歓迎する会社風土ですので、ご自身のこれまでのご経験を活かして更に活躍をされたい方、大歓迎です！
■業務内容：クラウドベースのWebサービス・IoTソリューションの開発/クラウド上でのセンター基盤開発/コネクテッドカー向けのサービス開発をご担当いただきます。

■具体的な業務内容：システム要件の分析と仕様策定
クラウドシステムのバックエンド開発（主にAWS）
データベース設計と管理
システムのデプロイと運用
セキュリティとパフォーマンスの最適化
※上記入社時及びその後のスキルに合わせて業務にあたっていただきます。
■主な開発環境：フロントエンド：JavaScript / TypeScript / React.js / Next.js
バックエンド：JavaScript / TypeScript / Python
