Responsibilities

長期的な成長を目指したマーケティング戦略強化を実現するため、データ・AI・テクノロジーを活用した業務改善を事業とも開発関連の各展開と連携して推進していただきます。事業規模が大きく、マーケティングアクションや関連するデータが豊富なので、また、「生産性向上」のミッションのもと、領域に囚われずAI、Pythonなどのプログラミング、場合によっては開発配置のリソースも活用して自由度の高いプロジェクトを企画・推進することができます。＜案件例＞

• キャンペーン業務プロセス改善、キャンペーン管理システムのシステム企画、推進
• Python等のプログラムを使った業務業務の自動化プロジェクト企画、推進
• BI（ビジネスインテリジェンス）などのアナリティクスに関わるシステム企画、推進・データ活用プラットフォームのプロジェクト企画、推進
• 部内のAI推進プロジェクト

Requirements

必須要件:

• 実務でのExcelの関数（IF関数やVLOOKUP関数）を利用したドキュメント作成経験
• QCC等の業務改善プロジェクト経験
• TOEIC（R）テスト800点以上（もしくは同程度の英語力を保有している資格の証明、英語圏の大卒以上の学位証明ができること）

歓迎要件:

• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 業務プロセス改善（BPR）の企画経験・マーケティング実務経験
