    業務内容:
    経営管理/IR予算策定~数値管理業務を担当します。全社的なB/SやP/Lといった経営数値のマネジメントやレポーティング業務から、現場における各プロジェクト単位の予実管理まで責任を負う主要ポジションです。
    各種経営数値の取りまとめや分析を通じ、経営ならびに現場に対するPDCAサイクル運営を支援します。
    また、2021年9月に東証プライム市場に再上場を果たしており、四半期、年次決算においてはIRチームと連携してIR資料の企画、作成、決算説明会の実施サポートをします。

    新規事業の立ち上げ・推進支援新たな収益源を確保すべく、既存事業とは異なるビジネスの立ち上げ・推進を行います。
    新規事業の企画・立案についてはビジネスデベロップメントチームが中心となり、CIDは事業計画の策定支援や妥当性の検証、事業課題の設定等を行いながら、事業成功に向けてビジネスサイドと二人三脚で進んでいくことが求められます。

    会議運営サポート経営会議(月2回)、取締役会(月1回)をはじめ、必要資料の作成、関係者の日程調整等のサポートを行います。

    その他CIDは社長直轄組織として、社長含めた経営陣からの特命オーダーに対応することや、部門横断的な施策業務も発生します。
    突発的に発生する業務も多く、臨機応変にご対応できる柔軟性を持った方が望ましいです。
