- 人工衛星・宇宙機の熱設計業務をご担当いただきます。■業務詳細：①衛星や宇宙機の熱制御設計業務打上げから運用終了までの間、宇宙空間における衛星外部からの熱入力と衛星内部の発熱を制御して、搭載機器を要求された温度範囲内に維持するため、衛星に据え付ける放熱面やヒータ等の仕様・レイアウトについて、衛星全体のシステムからの質量や電力配分内に適合するように熱設計を行い、解析により宇宙での搭載機器の予測温度を算出する。結果をハードウェアの設計に反映し、衛星熱制御システムを製作、工場内の大型熱真空チャンバーを用いて試験評価を行う。
②衛星や宇宙機の熱真空試験の試験立案・試験データ評価衛星の熱真空試験※の試験立案、試験規格策定、試験後のデータ評価を行う。（※スペースチャンバ内に衛星を入れて、高真空下で低温から高温までの宇宙環境を疑似的に作り出して、搭載機器の温度評価を行う試験）
③衛星や宇宙機の軌道上運用評価打上後の衛星から下りてくる温度テレメトリから、搭載機器が要求温度範囲内に維持されているか評価を行う。
④技術開発衛星や宇宙機で使用可能な要素技術の他、ポンプを使用した大規模排熱技術など、将来活用できる先端技術の開発を行う。
