Responsibilities

• 製品群に対する日本法人内での売り上げ・利益への目標設定とトラッキング
• 新製品の日本市場導入時におけるビジネスプランの策定（アジアリージョナルオフィスと協働）
• 製品群の日本市場におけるポートフォリオマネージメント及びライフサイクルマネージメント
• 製品群に対する日本市場におけるマーケット調査とアジアリージョナルオフィスとの協働による中長期戦略の策定
• 製品群の日本法人での責任者としてAROおよび本社担当者との密なコミュニケーション
• 製品群の営業部門に対する販売支援資料の作成とトレーニング

Requirements

【必要要件】

• 営業またはマーケティング部門での5年以上の実務経験
• 英語にてメール・会話が円滑に行える方 （ビジネス上級）
• エクセル（VLOOKUP, ピボット, BIなど）
• パワーポイントなどが不自由無く利用できる方

（歓迎要件）

• 工学系学位取得者, 海外の大学卒業者, MBA取得者等
• または、同等の知見をお持ちの方
• プロダクトマネージャー経験者・建築/土木関連企業や外資系企業での実務経験者等
