【職務内容】（雇入れ直後 / Immediately after hiring）•株主総会法令や他社状況を踏まえつつ、株主総会を円滑に遂行する。招集通知等の法定書類の作成や総会の運営に当たっては、社内外の関係者と協力的な関係を構築し、実務を推進する。
•取締役会取締役会議事録を遅滞なく作成する。
•開示書類の作成有価証券報告書、コーポレートガバナンス報告書および統合レポートといったガバナンスに関する開示書類の作成を担当する。
•内部統制システム基本方針の策定会社法に基づく内部統制システム基本方針において、関係部署と連携し定期的な見直しを図る。
•株式実務株式管理、配当金業務、株主名簿管理などを社内外の関係者と連携し推進する。
•組織再編会社法の法定手続き業務を担う。
•関係会社法務指導国内関係会社に対して、株主総会や取締役会の議事録の確認、法務相談、会社法レクチャーなどの法務指導を行う。
