Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 法令調査・日/英文契約交渉/審査・事業スキーム構築・コーポレート運営などの企業法務業務
• 本社および子会社（海外および日本）のガバナンス・コンプライアンス施策の企画と実行、特に個人情報保護法制への対応
• 海外および今後想定される市場における法務面での事業運営支援
• 製造物責任を含む、紛争・訴訟対応
• 法領域専門性と職務経験に応じて上記の一部または全てをご担当いただきます。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 民間企業、非営利団体等の組織、または、弁護士事務所での法務業務において、5年以上の経験

歓迎要件：

• 日本/米国/欧州のいずれかの弁護士資格を保有していること
• 語学力
  • TOEIC 800点以上
  • 北米・欧州の現地弁護士と英語での日常的なコミュニケーションあり
