Main responsibilities:
Advising legal entity Heads of Finance on technical IFRS accounting matters
Perfoming the consolidation process
Preparing monthly consolidated internal financial statements and reports
Preparing quarterly / annual external IFRS financial statements and reports (Tanshin, Fin Statements under company law, Securities Report)
Quarterly forecasting
Preparing the Annual Budget
TaxCo-ordinating the calculation and posting of tax balances with our PwC Tax advisory team and legal entity Heads of Finance
Scope includes local GAAP and IFRS tax calculations / accounting (both current and deferred tax)
Ensuring compliance with international tax regulations, including maintenance of transfer pricing documentation / interco agreements
Owning the relationship with PwC Tax, including fee negotiation

TreasuryCashflow forecasting and cash management, including liquidity management, interest rate negotiation, fx management, equity portfolio management and Treasury governance.

ComplianceEnsuring financial process documents are kept up to date and that financial controls are operated as designed. We operate under J-Sox regulations
Supporting our statutory auditors in the efficient performance of their audit fieldwork
