調理器具の製品開発における品質評価・検証、および電気製品も含めた全ての製品における品質保証業務をお任せします。

■具体的な仕事内容：
【製品開発】※調理器具のみ
製品企画担当時や試作品、出荷前判定といった各段階における製品検証・評価
各種規格や法規制に対する適合確認
外部機関への調査依頼手配（JIS対応確認など）
市場品質分析（返品/修理/入電などのデータ分析など）
【品質保証業務】※電気製品および調理器具
傾向担当不具合発生時における解決までの社内リード（事実確認、報告書作成、不具合分析、顧客対応など）
顧客から回収した不具合品一次解析
フランス本社との協同による品質改善活動の推進および進捗管理や費用請求交渉
製品事故（疑義）発生時におけるNITE、経産省、消防等の公的機関ともエンドユーザー対応（事実確認、報告書作成、識識識別識への判断、顧客対応など）
調理器具の商品開発および電気製品を含む全製品の品質保証を担当。
【商品開発】 ※調理器具のみ

各種規格、法規制への適合確認
調査の手配外部の試験機関。 （例：JIS適合性の確認）
市場品質分析（例：返品・修理・消費者窓口のデータ分析）
【品質保証】 ※電気製品と調理器具の両方を担当していただきます。
故障時は解決まで内部リード。 （事実確認、報告書作成、不良分析、顧客対応等）
顧客から回収した不良品の一次（初期）分析。
フランス本社と連携して品質改善活動を推進し、進捗管理や原価請求交渉を行う。
NITE、経済産業省、消防などの公的機関における製品事故発生時（疑義）と顧客対応（事実確認、報告書作成、フォレンジックへの参加、顧客対応等
