■具体的な業務内容：
グループの報酬/福利厚生が市場競争力を保ちつつ、上場企業の開示義務等、コーポレート持ち、ビジネス戦略とも連携するように、等級・報酬戦略の策定および等級・報酬制度の設計・実施・管理を行います。
1.  グループの取締役、執行役員、社員および海外からの海外赴任社員のベネフィットに関し、市場競争力ある内容を維持するため、企画立案および運用を管理します。
2.  社員のベネフィットに関し、市場競争力ある内容を維持するため、企画立案および運用を管理します。
3.  職務遂行にあたり、ベネフィットに関する予算管理および業務の正確性・効率性向上のための改善を実行します。
4.    課長として、チームメンバーのコーチング・育成・評価も担います。
