Responsibilities

企画・運営・プロジェクト管理

社内外の関係者と連携し、社内イベント・社外イベントの企画・設計を行います。全体スケジュールや詳細な進行計画を策定します。会場手配、社内承認プロセスなど、日々の運営・進行管理を行います。

予算管理

イベント予算を策定・管理し、承認された予算の範囲内で、効率的かつ効果的な運営を実施します。

ベンダーマネジメント

会場、ケータリング、音響・映像、ブランディングなどの各種ベンダーと調整を行います。条件や費用などについて、必要に応じた交渉を実施します。

その他

全社的な戦略施策に関わるイベント関連業務を支援します。部門横断プロジェクトへ参画し、貢献します。

Requirements

必須条件：

• イベントコーディネーターとしての実務経験（3年以上）
• クライアント向けコーポレートイベントの企画・運営経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語（スピーキング必須）
• ネイティブレベルの日本語（敬語などの細やかな言葉遣いは必須）
