Our client is engaged in the design and production of aircraft components, space exploration equipment, and target systems.

Responsibilities

※年間休日125日、平均勤続年数20年、有給取得日数20日/年。
■業務内容：

• 中期経営計画や年度予算の策定および進捗管理
• 経営会議等の資料作成、議事録作成
• 各部門のKPI設定、モニタリング
• リスク管理業務

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 事業会社での企画、経営管理、事業管理もしくはコンサルティングファームでのご経験
• 管理職としてのマネジメント経験
• 財務指標の基礎知識（PL/BS/CF）
• 経営層向けの資料作成およびデータ整理スキル
• 論理的思考力と課題解決能力
