- 当グループの一員として、本社および各ビジネスユニットの人事部門におけるDXを推進するために、社内コンサルタントとして、海外のWorkday開発・運用チームと協業しながら新しいソリューションの提案を行い、機能実装を行っていきます。クライアントとなるのは主に日本の組織です。その各組織の課題解決のため、主にWorkdayを活用したソリューションを提案・実現していきます。Workday活用方法のコンサルティングですが、Workday未経験者でも歓迎します。
業務内容：
Workday HCM/Learningの運用サポート（運用企画・提案を含む）
ステークホルダーの各種ビジネスニーズのヒアリング、テクニカルな要件定義への落とし込み（日英両方）
エンドユーザー/人事ユーザーへのWorkdayをベースとした各種サービス・サポート提供
