Responsibilities: 「企業変革の加速」に向け、業務効率化や収益向上など行内各部の課題解決に重点を置き、プロジェクトの立ち上げから各種開発等までをスピード感をもって推進していただきます。また、当行では全行戦略施策としてAI活用を推進しており、関連したシステム開発プロジェクトが同時並行に今後数多く走ります。その中に於いて、ユーザである行内各部に寄り添い、システム開発部署、外部のシステム開発協力企業との橋渡し役となり、各案件をリリースまで支援・主導していくことも重要なミッションとなっていきます。主な業務内容は以下の通りとなりますが、お持ちのスキルやご経験に応じて具体的な担当プロジェクト等のアサインを決定させて頂きます
業務内容：
行内各部署へ入り込み、DXを活用した課題解消や社内業務高度化を提案
行内各部署における課題・ニーズの見える化、ハイレベルでのDXソリューション検討と施策立上・導入支援
社内情シス部署、もしくは、外部ベンダーへの要件提示、見積依頼から発注、リリースに至るまでのプロジェクト管理（含むテスト工程）全般
ユーザ要件を踏まえ、Microsoft PowerPlatform等のローコード/ノーコードソリューションを用いたツール作成
各種BPRソリューションの発掘とツールの試行（PoC）の実施、及び所管ソリューションの管理
BPR方法論のブラッシュアップと行内向け研修の実施
上記業務について、以下のいずれかまたは複数の役割を担っていただきますプロジェクトマネージャー(PM)：マネージメントの方針に基づき、実務レベルでのロードマップを描き、実行計画を策定し、その実行計画管理、推進を主導
システム開発推進：要件定義、そこから社内情シス部署、もしくは、外部ベンダーと連携して見積を作成。各種行内手続きを経てテスト・リリースまでのプロジェクト推進
ビジネスアナリスト(BA)：要件定義や事務・システム設計を主導（特定のソリューションについて、開発標準や管理方針の策定や実装を担うケースもある）
経験に応じて、チームメンバーの一員として、上記業務遂行に必要な、資料の作成、PoC実行、民主化ツールの開発等からスタートいただくことも可能です
