- 【職務概要】世界各国のセールスビジネスパートナーとの各種ビジネス契約の作成・交渉を担当。
新規事業に関するプロジェクトに参画し、ビジネスモデルの策定や契約条件の検討を行う。
製造から顧客への販売までの業務フローを把握し、社内各部門および海外拠点と連携しながら、ビジネスの基盤となる契約条件を整えて契約書としてまとめる
【主な職務内容】契約:
ビジネスパートナーとの各種契約の作成、交渉、締結
新規ビジネスパートナーとの契約フレームワークの検討・設定・交渉
契約スキームを把握し、契約更新サイクルに合わせてビジネスモデルを確認し、必要な手続きを実施
新事業プロジェクト:
同社の新規事業に関してマネージャーをサポート
ステークホルダーと連携し、事業目的やオペレーションに応じたビジネスモデルを策定
契約条件の検討、契約書の作成、ビジネスパートナーとの交渉を実施
ビジネスパートナー管理:
契約交渉を通じて、ビジネスパートナーとの良好な関係を構築・維持
契約条件の変更に関する交渉および社内承認の取得
データベース管理:
ネットワークデータベースを活用した契約情報の管理
契約管理システムを活用し、契約プロセスの業務効率を改善
コラボレーションとコミュニケーション:
