- 本ポジションは工場部門へのサポート強化を目的としており、本社を拠点として2つの工場をカバーします。工場およびオペレーション部門のHRBPマネージャーとして、組織の成長に寄与します。部門と協働して、組織課題を設定、分析し、解決策の企画実行を担当します。入社当初は工場への訪問の頻度を高くして両工場の組織や人材の状況把握に当たります。その後も定期訪問が必要となります。アジアやグローバルプロジェクトへの参加の機会があります。能力と実績に応じて、将来的にはカントリーHRヘッドへのキャリアパスが可能です。■業務詳細：工場の利益体質向上に向けた人事アクションの策定と実行
能力開発の仕組み作り、従業員のスキルの棚卸とコンサルテーション
業績評価と報酬マネジメント（昇給、賞与、時給）
適性人員を安定的に確保する体制の整備（正社員、派遣、パートタイマー、特定技能実習生）および定着施策
