■仕事内容：当部署では、各事業開発部門がソーシングした国内外の投資案件について、社内関連部門・外部の弁護士らと連携して財務的な観点でのM&Aアドバイザリーサービスを社内向けに提供しています。ポテンシャルとして入社された方には、OJTにてプロジェクトチームのサポートを通じて、以下のような業務から取り組んでいただきます。業務を通して、投資案件の基本的な進め方やM&A財務の基礎知識の習得
事務局的な立場として、M＆A案件のタスク・スケジュール管理、社内外調整など
社内外のミーティングへの同席
シニアメンバーの業務サポート（書類や資料の作成、事務作業など）
当社の仕事の進め方を学びながら、段階的に業務の幅を広げてもらい、将来的には、M＆A案件を主担当として推進していただきます。
