■ポジションについて
防衛領域におけるマネジメント中核メンバーとして大規模・複雑なプロジェクトを推進・成功に導くために価値提供いただきます。
■具体的な業務内容
防衛領域の大規模プロジェクトにおいて、PMOとして計画策定からリリース・運用保守の工程を一貫して管掌、進捗・課題・リスク管理などのマネジメント支援を実施し、プロジェクトを確実に前進させていただきます。
さらに、公的機関向けの公式文書や対外提出資料の作成・体裁整備、根拠整理、レビュー対応など、正確性が求められるドキュメンテーションにも携わっていただきます。
若手メンバーの育成／OJTやナレッジの標準化・型化にも取り組み、推進体制そのものの強化にも貢献いただく想定です。
クライアントの若手メンバーにもOJT的立場、育成的観点でマネジメント指導やナレッジとして残るようなドキュメンテーションを期待します。
