- 日本の消費税及び海外付加価値税について、専門的な税務アドバイザリー業務のプロジェクトメンバーとして携わっていただきます。
業務内容
消費税及び海外付加価値税が適正に申告納税されているか、税コスト削減の可能性がないかという観点からヘルスチェックを行い、課題の洗い出しを行う
適正な申告納税のために、各企業のオペレーションに即した適正化プランを提案し、各プランの導入支援を行う
日本の消費税の税務調査において、税務当局による指摘事項への回答をアドバイス、必要に応じて税務当局との折衝をサポート
海外で行われる複雑な取引に係る海外付加価値税の取り扱いに関する法令上の対応や継続的な管理方法についてアドバイスを行う
日本の企業が海外で付加価値税の申告納税・還付申請をする必要がある場合、各種登録や税務申告および還付手続きをサポート
法令改正が行われた場合、改正内容への対応方法を提案すると同時に、システム対応や業務フローの変更が必要な場合には、適正な要件についてレビューおよび提案を行う
トランザクションデータを活用しながら税務上の問題を発見し、デジタル・テクノロジーを利用した税務サービスを提案
