- Objectives of the Position:
Linkage function to connect Sales with Regional Marketing and customer needs with Technical and Product Development teams in e-Mobility segment (FCV, BEV, HEV, PHEV), especially Battery, Invertor/ Convertor, Motor, ADAS, Radar, E&E module related.
Identifies and coordinates launch and support of new applications and new materials to assigned (sub)segment.
Transfers customer/application needs to new product specifications and product development.
Set up solution involving other companies
Support target application development work for Japanese OEMs and key Tier1s globally
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities:
Financial Metrics: Project pipeline KPI's: Acquired projects, Commercialized projects, Awarded projects (total estimated sales volume), The numbers of new application and new technology development with customers.
Operational/ Organization Metrics; R&D activities (budget projects, topics, phase gate), Market intelligence for addressed segments, New product and new solution developments
