Responsibilities: 世界最大の製鉄プラントエンジニアリング会社のグループ会社（一貫製鉄所の製銑設備の設計・供給における世界トップ企業）と同社の合弁会社として設立された同社において、グループ会社が所有する欧州の最先端の技術を活用し、製鉄・非鉄・高炉業界におけるカーボンニュートラルを達成するためのプロセスエンジニアリングをお任せいたします。高い品質・技術水準、世界で培われた多彩な製品群等を強みとして、顧客のカーボンニュートラル実現に向けたスケールの大きな業務に携わることができます。
鉄鋼業界では、カーボンニュートラルの達成に向けた電炉への切り替えやCCS/CCUSなどの技術開発が積極的に取り組まれている中、現在ではそれらの技術を活かした新しい設備の導入等が進むフェーズとなっています。リードエンジニアとして、国内の製鉄・製鋼企業を中心とした高炉代替としての電気炉設備導入やカーボンニュートラルに関わる設備など最先端の技術を活用したプロセスエンエンジニアリングをお任せいたします。同社とグループ会社みならず、その親会社であるドイツグループの先進設備も取り揃えており、それらの製品・技術を用いて顧客へ幅広い技術提案を進めて行きます。案件はFSから参画し、世界をリードする技術を活かした高クオリティかつコストミニマムな設計提案を顧客のニーズに合わせて行います。プロセスの基本設計はヨーロッパで行われており、ヨーロッパの技術者とコミュニケーションを取りながら顧客からの要求仕様を検討し、合意形成を進めて行きます。その後は同社製品の顧客向けローカライズを含めた仕様への落とし込み、設計とその取りまとめを担当いただきます。据付・試運転・性能試験フェーズではSVとして試運転の指揮を行うこともあり、その際は数か月の出張が必要に応じて発生することがございます。
製鉄業界の二酸化炭素排出量は他産業と比較すると多く、脱炭素技術については欧州で盛んに研究開発が行われており、一部の技術すでに商用プラントへの適用が始まっています。ヨーロッパ由来の技術と同社由来の技術を組み合わせて、カーボンニュートラルを達成するための様々な課題解決に向けた設計業務に携わることができます。
